Yes, we have private underground parking in the same building with direct access to reception, a great advantage as on-street parking is regulated. We recommend entering "C/ Sagrada Familia 1" into your GPS to reach our entrance directly and avoid traffic complications. We also recommend reserving your parking space in advance. The most convenient way to reach the hotel is by taxi, with a journey of approximately 25 minutes. If you prefer public transport, during the summer period (from 20 June to 30 September) you can take the E30 bus, which connects San Sebastián Airport with the centre of San Sebastián. During the rest of the year, this service is operated by the E21 bus.
If your flight arrives at Bilbao Airport (BIO) or Biarritz Airport (BIQ), you'll also find direct bus connections to the San Sebastián bus station.

We are strategically located less than a 10-minute walk from the main train station (Estación del Norte - RENFE) and the Donostia Bus Terminal. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, there is a taxi rank at the station, though the walk to the hotel along the Urumea riverbank is flat and very easy.
