At the Hotel Zinema7 and the Bistroteka Zinema7 we prioritise the consumption of local products. Our cuisine supports local producers, and we also promote purchasing from small producers.

Waste

· Selective collection of organic waste

· Elimination of single-use amenities: dispensers instead of individual containers in the hotel rooms

· Returnable glass water bottles instead of plastic bottles

· Digitalisation rather than stationery: online check-in available with Civitfun integration

Management and purchasing

· Our purchasing policy is governed by a strict criterion of sustainability in the most important consumable items.

Community

· Increase in the number of recycling bins in different parts of the hotel.

· We prioritise the consumption of locally produced (“Km 0”) products

· Leftover food is used to feed the team, in this way avoiding the generation of more food waste

Water consumption

· Water in jugs available in the dining room

· Water dispenser at breakfasts instead of bottled water

· We have water flow reducers in all the rooms 

· All our toilets are dual flush with two buttons for higher and lower flow

· All rooms have instructions for changing towels as decided by the guest

Energy consumption

· We limit the air conditioning temperature in common areas to 22°C (with a variation of approximately 2°C).

· We use renewable contracted energy

· We are in the process of installing solar panels
